General booking conditions for stays at Aljibe de la Miel and for reservations managed through AvaiBook.
04 · Booking Terms
When completing a booking with Aljibe Alojamientos Turísticos, the guest accepts the general and specific terms shown during the booking process. Bookings may be managed through the AvaiBook booking engine, which acts as a secure payment and confirmation platform.
Check-in and check-out
The specific arrival and departure times are shown on each accommodation page and during the AvaiBook booking process. As a general reference, check-in is from 14:00 or 15:00 depending on the accommodation, and check-out is until 11:00. The information confirmed in the booking always prevails.
Cancellations, payments and deposit
The cancellation policy depends on the selected rate and is displayed before the booking is confirmed. AvaiBook may offer flexible or non-refundable rates. The booking engine may request an advance payment and the property may charge the remaining amount before arrival. Some accommodation may require a deposit; when applicable, AvaiBook will show the amount, payment method and refund conditions during the booking process.
House rules
Common rules communicated by AvaiBook include respect for rest, no noise after 23:00, no more guests than those stated in the booking, keeping the accommodation in good condition and being responsible for damage caused during the stay, no smoking indoors, no parties or events, and responsible use of appliances, furniture and utilities. The property may end the stay or cancel the booking without refund in the event of serious breaches of coexistence, occupancy or damage rules.
