How to reach our accommodation
Our accommodation is spread across San Miguel Bajo and the Zenete, Cuesta de Maria de la Miel and the area around San Nicolas Viewpoint, all within the Albaicin. The exact address and directions depend on the property booked. See our practical Granada guide as well.
The best option depends on your arrival time and accommodation. Contact us before travelling and we will explain how to continue from the airport or station.
The Albaicin has narrow streets, slopes and access restrictions. Confirm the route and parking options with us before entering the neighbourhood.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are not available.
You can leave your luggage before check-in from 11 am, free of charge. Drop it off at the apartment door; it will be stored there until the apartment is ready. Luggage storage after check-out is not currently available.
All accommodation offers self check-in. Three days before arrival, you will receive a link to complete the guest registration details. Access instructions are sent the day before arrival.
There is no latest arrival time for self check-in. If you need help, use the telephone number in the message you receive when you book.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Contact the team before making your plans.
Follow the directions and access times in the welcome message for your accommodation. Before entering the neighbourhood, contact the team to confirm the route and access conditions.
Guests at all apartments can request private covered parking, subject to availability. Request it by message; your space is reserved once the team confirms it. The walk takes approximately 3 to 7 minutes, depending on the apartment. San Cristóbal car park is another option. Contact the team for the price, location and access instructions.
You pay 50% when booking and the balance five days before arrival. If you book less than five days in advance, check the payment terms before confirming. For bookings made through other channels, check the terms shown on that channel.
No security deposit is charged for accommodation bookings. Event bookings have separate terms; please contact the team.
